Invader Zim

Invader Zim is a show about six friends, Zim, GIR, Dib, Gaz, Professor Membrane, and TorqueSmacky, who all sit in a coffee shop talking about doom, greasy food, squeedally spooches, and... well...ok no they don't do any of that.

In all reality this is the weirdest freaking show ever. The show really is about the little green guy in the picture above who is trying to take over the earth and enslave all the "stink creatures" (you humans) in it. Zim would be able to take over if it wasn't that he was sooo stoopid. He also has an "assistent" if that's what you could call him; he's never actually assited, he's destroyed, mangled, eaten or forgotten, never assited in any evil plot.

I think this is the funniest cartoon of all freaking time. I tape it as much as I can, which isn't much. Nickelodeon is determined not to aire this show, despite the outstanding audience ratings.I don't understand why. I have been told that it's simply because they don't think it's funny. It's great. I've never heard anyone say it sucks or that it's stoopid(in a bad way). It's supposed to be on at 8:45 or sometime around that on Fridays and it's supposed to be on at 3 on Sundays (during SLAM). Sometimes Nick doesn't want to aire it so prepared to be dissappointed unless......YOU HAVE NICK2! If you have satalite and equiped with all the branches of channels (i.e. espn2, noggin, muchmusic, etc...), then Invader Zim is (from what I've heard) is almost played too much during the weekends. It's just a great show>sigh< it's a shame they don't have it on regular broadcast so even the cable/satilite deprived children out therecan whatch it too.....well anyway check out this site http://gir.n3.net .
